{"id":100326,"date":"2022-10-15T08:21:14","date_gmt":"2022-10-15T07:21:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/?p=100326"},"modified":"2022-10-15T08:21:14","modified_gmt":"2022-10-15T07:21:14","slug":"kidnapping-residents-of-3-kwara-communities-desert-homes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/news\/kidnapping-residents-of-3-kwara-communities-desert-homes\/","title":{"rendered":"Kidnapping: Residents Of 3 Kwara Communities Desert Homes"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"m#msg-f:1746734147415879232\" class=\"mail-message expanded\">\n<div class=\"mail-message-header spacer\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Residents of three communities in Alagbado area of Ilorin, the capital of Kwara State, have fled their homes, following incessant cases of kidnapping<\/div>\n<div class=\"mail-message-content collapsible zoom-normal mail-show-images \" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"clear\">\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The communities which have been under intense attacks by kidnappers in recent times are Aseyori, Alubarika and Aleniboro phase II and phase III; all situated behind the popular Sobi Specialist Hospital, Alagbado, Okelele, Ilorin.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Within one week, two residents of the areas; one Alfa Aribidesi and a woman (both traders) were traced to their houses and killed by suspected kidnappers during struggles to abduct their children.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The kidnappers succeeded in kidnapping two daughters of Aribidesi and later demanded N10m as ransom.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The victims, it was gathered later escaped from the bush when their captors slept off.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>And just this Wednesday, the kidnappers struck again and abducted three children in the area.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>It Was gathered that pockets of kidnapping cases had occurred in the area, but the relations of the victims refused to report such cases to the police.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>In most cases, the relations of victims gathered money to pay as ransom to the kidnappers to secure the release of their people.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Residents of the areas said,\u201d Most of us have abandoned our houses and relocated to our family houses.
