{"id":102964,"date":"2023-02-05T18:10:59","date_gmt":"2023-02-05T17:10:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/?p=102964"},"modified":"2023-02-05T18:10:59","modified_gmt":"2023-02-05T17:10:59","slug":"pdp-drags-nnamani-7-ekiti-chieftains-before-disciplinary-committee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/news\/pdp-drags-nnamani-7-ekiti-chieftains-before-disciplinary-committee\/","title":{"rendered":"PDP drags Nnamani, 7 Ekiti chieftains before disciplinary committee"},"content":{"rendered":"<div dir=\"auto\">The National Disciplinary Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has invited seven suspended members to appear before it to defend themselves over allegations of anti-party activities.<\/p>\n<p>They include Senator Chimaroke Nnamani of Enugu State, Chief Chris Ogbu (Imo State), Olayinka James Olalere, Fayose Oluwajomiloju John, Eniola Adenike Jennifer, Akerele Oluyinka, and Ajilola Lateef Oladimeji, members of the Ekiti State Chapter.<\/p>\n<p>Nnamani was accused of refusing to recognize the Party\u2019s presidential candidate and failing to follow Party\u2019s lawful directives.<\/p>\n<p>The Enugu State Senator was named a member of the All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council and had been campaigning openly for the presidential candidate of the ruling Party, Bola Tinubu.<\/p>\n<p>A letter dated February 1, 2023, which emanated from the national secretariat of the Party in Abuja, was addressed to the individual to the invitees.<\/p>\n<p>The one specific to Ekiti members requested them to appear before the committee on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at Legacy House, Shehu Shagari Way Abuja, at 1 pm.<\/p>\n<div class=\"yj6qo\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"adL\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Related Posts generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The National Disciplinary Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has invited seven suspended members to appear before it to defend themselves over allegations of anti-party activities.
