{"id":104434,"date":"2023-04-26T06:10:35","date_gmt":"2023-04-26T05:10:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/?p=104434"},"modified":"2023-04-26T06:10:35","modified_gmt":"2023-04-26T05:10:35","slug":"catholic-priest-kidnapped-in-anambra","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/other-news\/catholic-priest-kidnapped-in-anambra\/","title":{"rendered":"Catholic priest kidnapped in Anambra"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"m#msg-f:1764184824174955054\" class=\"mail-message expanded\">\n<div class=\"mail-message-header spacer\">Unknown gunmen have kidnapped a Catholic priest at the popular Nnobi roundabout in Idemili South local government area of Anambra State which became a den for hoodlums in the hey days of kidnapping in the state.<\/div>\n<div class=\"mail-message-content collapsible zoom-normal mail-show-images \">\n<div class=\"clear\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\nThe clergyman was said to be driving a Lexus FX 300 with plate number Anambra GDD 882 PW at the time of the incident.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\nAccording to an eye witness, the priest, who is yet to be identified, was heading towards Awka-Etiti, a neighbouring community, when the hoodlums surrounded him and bundled him into their car.<\/p>\n<p>The eye witness said: \u201cThe victim had stopped his car at the Nnobi Junction to buy some fruits when his telephone rang.
