{"id":104892,"date":"2023-05-19T10:17:26","date_gmt":"2023-05-19T09:17:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/?p=104892"},"modified":"2023-05-19T10:17:26","modified_gmt":"2023-05-19T09:17:26","slug":"breaking-obi-abure-apapa-in-court-as-pre-hearing-on-lp-petition-continues","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/exclusive\/breaking-obi-abure-apapa-in-court-as-pre-hearing-on-lp-petition-continues\/","title":{"rendered":"Breaking: Obi, Abure, Apapa in Court as pre-hearing on LP petition continues\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party, Mr. Peter Obi arrived the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC) on Friday, for continuation of the pre-hearing process of the petition filed by the LP challenging the victory of the President-elect, Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the February 25 elections.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Obi arrived the court by 8:55am in the company of the National Chairman of the party and sat in the Guest seat, with Barr. Julius Abure, LP Presidential Campaign Council Chairman (PCC) Mr. Akin Osuntokun and others<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Also present in Court is factional Chairman of the party, Lamidi Apapa who appears for the second time in this week, for the hearing of the petition by the LP.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Petition marked: CA\/PEPC\/04\/2023 has the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Tinubu, Kashim Shettima and the APC listed as 1st to 4th respondents respectively.
