{"id":105600,"date":"2023-06-23T18:24:00","date_gmt":"2023-06-23T17:24:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/?p=105600"},"modified":"2023-06-23T18:24:00","modified_gmt":"2023-06-23T17:24:00","slug":"mbah-shuns-tribunals-invitation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/news\/mbah-shuns-tribunals-invitation\/","title":{"rendered":"Mbah shuns Tribunal&#8217;s invitation"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"m#msg-f:1769514629355873645\" class=\"mail-message expanded\">\n<div class=\"mail-message-header spacer\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The governor of Enugu State, Peter Mbah, has shunned the Governorship Election Petition Tribunal\u2019s invitation in the ongoing trial of certificate forgery.<\/div>\n<div class=\"mail-message-content collapsible zoom-normal mail-show-images \" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"clear\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\nThe trial follows the application by counsel to the candidate of the People\u2019s Redemption Party, Alex Amujiogo.<\/p>\n<p>In the trial that resumed Friday after the Tribunal ordered substituted service of a subpoena on Mba through his lawyer, Mbah was said to have shunned all the summons.<\/p>\n<p>However, Amujiogo said, this Honourable Tribunal had, on June 22, 2023, made an order that the subpoena be served on Peter Mbah through his counsel.
