Ace Nigerian singer and songwriter, David Adeleke, better known as Davido, has said the spirit of his late colleague, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba aka Mohbad is a strong one, admitting he\u2019s been finding it difficult to sleep since he died.<\/div>\n

The \u2018Electricity\u2019 crooner made this known recently via a post he shared on his Instagram page.\u201cMohbad ur spirit strong ooo..sleep come hard me,\u201d he wrote.<\/p>\n

Davido in the social media post, also confirmed he will fly into the country for a candlelight procession in Mohbad\u2019s honour on Thursday.<\/p>\n

The procession for the singer who passed away last Tuesday at the age of 27 is expected to kick off from Lekki Phase 1 gate and end with a tribute concert at Muri Okunola Park.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, two radio stations in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital, have placed a ban on all songs from Afeez Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley.<\/p>\n

The radio stations explained on Monday that the decision was taken due to the ongoing investigation into the death of Mohbad, who was a former signee of Malian Records, a label owned by Naira Marley.<\/p>\n

Splash 105.5 FM in an internal memo that was sent to its staff on Monday, noted that the decision was taken in view of the sensitive nature of the death of the musician.<\/p>\n

The statement read: \u201cIn view of the sensitive nature around the death of Mohbad and the criminal procedure the police have commenced, I will urge us all to exercise discretion.<\/p>\n

\u201cTo this effect, Naira Marley\u2019s songs have become NTBB (Not to be Broadcast) on our stations until further notice. This is with immediate effect,\u201d<\/p>\n

Agidigbo 88.7 FM, on the other hand, announced that it has ceased to air all songs from Marlian Records.<\/p>\n

The announcement was made public on Monday night by the founder of the radio station, Dr. Oriyomi Hamzat.<\/p>\n

He said: \u201cFrom today, all songs from Marlian music are forbidden at Agidigbo.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe did not say they were the ones who killed him (Mohbad), but all songs from their music label have been henceforth cancelled.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
