He also said school administrators must submit themselves to certify all released records under oath.<\/p>\n<p>But as the school started preparing to release the files, Mr Tinubu entered an emergency application in the district asking a senior judge to review Mr Gilbert\u2019s September 19 order and delay execution until at least September 25.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDue to the timing for compliance by Chicago State University \u2013 later today \u2013 Intervenor is filing this motion separately from its challenge to the Magistrate\u2019s ruling on the application,\u201d<\/p><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Mr Tinubu\u2019s lawyers, led by Christopher Carmichael, said. \u201cIntervenor intends to file, by the end of the day, a substantive brief addressing the errors in the Magistrate\u2019s decision.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"yj6qo\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"adL\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Related Posts generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>President Bola Tinubu has filed an emergency application seeking a review of the judgement that ordered the release of his academic records to Atiku Abubakar, Pointblank news.com\u00a0gathered.
