{"id":108419,"date":"2023-10-06T16:43:58","date_gmt":"2023-10-06T15:43:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/?p=108419"},"modified":"2023-10-06T16:43:58","modified_gmt":"2023-10-06T15:43:58","slug":"sex-scandal-dss-arrests-unical-prof-for-shunning-icpcs-invitation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/news\/sex-scandal-dss-arrests-unical-prof-for-shunning-icpcs-invitation\/","title":{"rendered":"Sex Scandal: DSS Arrests UNICAL Prof For Shunning ICPC\u2019s Invitation"},"content":{"rendered":"<div dir=\"auto\">Operatives of the Department of State Services (DSS) have arrested and detained the erstwhile Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Calabar, Prof Cyril Ndifon, over alleged sexual harassment of female law students.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Pointblanknews.com had reported that there were a series of protests in the institution against the university don, who was later suspended by the management of the university while an investigation into the allegations commenced immediately.<\/p>\n<p>Ndifon had defended himself, claiming that the protests against him by the law students were masterminded by some persons in the faculty who had sworn to pull him down.
