{"id":112902,"date":"2024-06-30T19:49:47","date_gmt":"2024-06-30T18:49:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/?p=112902"},"modified":"2024-06-30T19:49:47","modified_gmt":"2024-06-30T18:49:47","slug":"how-i-killed-uniben-graduate-eight-others-suspect","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/news\/how-i-killed-uniben-graduate-eight-others-suspect\/","title":{"rendered":"How I killed UNIBEN graduate, eight others \u2013 Suspect"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"m#msg-f:1803305816634785879\" class=\"mail-message expanded\">\n<div class=\"mail-message-header spacer\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Edo State Police Command has announced the arrest of the suspected killer of Glory Adekolure, a University of Benin graduate.<\/div>\n<div class=\"mail-message-content collapsible zoom-normal mail-show-images \" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"clear\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Adekolure was said to have gone to school for her final clearance on June 13, 2024, but her corpse was found under a tree on a street in the Iyowa Community of Benin City, close to her house.The suspect was apprehended in Asaba, Delta State, 15 days after Adekolure\u2019s death.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Edo State Commissioner of Police, Funsho Adegboye, in an interview with Channels Television, monitored by our correspondent, on Saturday, the suspect confessed to killing Adekolure and at least eight other young women.<\/p>\n<p>He said, \u201cI am happy to inform the good people of Edo State and the good people of Nigeria that the killer of Glory Adekolure, a 22-year old final year Chemistry student of the University of Benin has been apprehended.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe was apprehended in Asaba, Delta state.
