{"id":116545,"date":"2025-02-21T20:27:05","date_gmt":"2025-02-21T19:27:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/?p=116545"},"modified":"2025-02-21T20:27:05","modified_gmt":"2025-02-21T19:27:05","slug":"court-stops-pdp-south-south-zonal-congress","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/news\/court-stops-pdp-south-south-zonal-congress\/","title":{"rendered":"Court Stops PDP South-South Zonal Congress"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"m#msg-f:1824686939800536034\" class=\"mail-message expanded\">\n<div class=\"mail-message-header spacer\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">A Rivers State High Court sitting in Port Harcourt has issued an interim order restraining the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its national vice chairman, South-South, Chief Dan Orbih, from conducting the party\u2019s zonal congress, which was scheduled to hold in Calabar, Cross River State, on Saturday, February 22, 2025.<\/div>\n<div id=\"m#msg-f:1824686939800536034-content\" class=\"mail-message-content collapsible zoom-normal mail-show-images \" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<div class=\"clear\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">\nTwo PDP members in Rivers State, Hon. Tony Ejiogu and Hon.
