Former Director General of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, NIMASA, Bashir Jamoh and Jackson Ude have signed an out of court agreement ending almost two years of legal action.
\nJamoh had sued Ude claiming defamation over articles that appeared on Pointblanknews.com and on X formerly known as Twitter. Ude denied any wrongdoing.
\nAfter the matter was brought to the U.S District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Jamoh and Ude agreed to sign and out of court settlement agreement to end the litigation.<\/p>\n
