{"id":119062,"date":"2025-05-22T19:09:41","date_gmt":"2025-05-22T18:09:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/?p=119062"},"modified":"2025-05-22T19:09:41","modified_gmt":"2025-05-22T18:09:41","slug":"tinubu-approves-maritime-bank-appoints-aderogba-president","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/news\/tinubu-approves-maritime-bank-appoints-aderogba-president\/","title":{"rendered":"Tinubu Approves Maritime Bank, Appoints Aderogba President"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">By Daniel Adaji<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">President Bola Tinubu has approved the establishment of the Regional Maritime Development Bank (RMDB) and appointed Mr. Adeniran Aderogba as its first President and Chief Executive Officer.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, Adegboyega Oyetola, disclosed this in Abuja on Thursday, describing the development as a historic breakthrough after 16 years of delay.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThis is a moment of great significance for Nigeria and the entire West and Central African sub-region.
