{"id":120449,"date":"2025-07-08T05:18:59","date_gmt":"2025-07-08T04:18:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/?p=120449"},"modified":"2025-07-08T05:18:59","modified_gmt":"2025-07-08T04:18:59","slug":"coach-nancy-apologizes-retracts-false-claims-against-mercy-chinwo-husband","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/news\/coach-nancy-apologizes-retracts-false-claims-against-mercy-chinwo-husband\/","title":{"rendered":"Coach Nancy Apologizes, Retracts False Claims Against Mercy Chinwo, Husband"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>By Oscar Okhifo<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Life coach, Nancy Umeh has issued a public retraction and apology over her previous accusations against Nigerian gospel singer Mercy Chinwo and her husband, Pastor Blessed Uzochikwa.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Nancy had earlier alleged that Pastor Blessed was abusive towards Mercy and claimed she was enduring a toxic marriage.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The allegations quickly went viral on social media, sparking public backlash and the couple threaten\u00a0 legal action.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>However, in a statement posted on her official Instagram page, Nancy admitted that her claims were false, unfounded, and based on misinformation. She also offered an unreserved apology to the couple for any harm her comments may have caused.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u201cI regret the pain my words have caused and I retract every statement made against Mercy and her husband.
