The office described the claims as misleading and urged public servants to disregard them.<\/div>\n<div>\u200e<\/div>\n<div>\u200eAccording to the OAGF, the IPPIS previously ran on three payroll platforms. One of these platforms was successfully migrated to the \u201cSoftSuite\u201d application in 2024, leaving two active systems \u2014 EBS and SoftSuite. Owing to the underperformance of the EBS platform, the Federal Government decided to consolidate all payroll activities under the SoftSuite system to improve efficiency and accuracy.<\/div>\n<div>\u200e<\/div>\n<div>\u200e\u201cThe integration of all payroll processes into a single platform has been carefully managed. While minor issues may arise during the transition, all observed errors and omissions are being addressed promptly. The management does not anticipate any significant disruptions,\u201d the statement read.<\/div>\n<div>\u200e<\/div>\n<div>\u200eThe OAGF further assured that October salaries remain intact and will be paid as scheduled.
