The crass nepotism exhibited by Abdulahi Inde Dikko is unparalleled in the history of the Nigerian nation.<\/p>\n
It is unbelievable that Ande Abdullahi Dikko, the Comptroller of Nigeria Customs and Excise can take his hatred for the Northern Christians to the recruitment level into the Custom and Excise.<\/p>\n
A situation whereby he decided to recruit Hausa Fulani Muslims into the Nigeria Customs and Excise from 17 of the 19 states of Northern Nigeria is unacceptable to the Northern Nigerian Christians.<\/p>\n
Readers should take a look at the list of names on web-site of the Nigeria Customs and Excise: www.customs.gov.ng presumably those recruited into Customs and Excise and will go for training very soon.<\/p>\n
It is still unbelievable that all those recruited from the following Northern states have no Christian candidates at all.<\/p>\n
1. Adamawa State
\n2. Gombe State
\n3. Plateau State
\n4.\u00a0 Kaduna State.
\n5.\u00a0\u00a0 Borno State
\n6. Kebbi State
\n7. Bauchi State
\n8. Taraba State
\n9.\u00a0 Niger State.

For the information of my readers, states like Nasarawa, Adamawa, Plateau, Taraba, Kaduna and many others are predominantly Christians.<\/p>\n
States like Borno, Yobe, Kano, Jigawa, Sokoto, Kebbi and Zamfara have substantial Christian population. Those in doubt of the above facts should look at the 2011 presidential election voting pattern again But what is disgusting about the Customs and Excise recruitment is the fact that Abdulahi Dikko Inde flagrantly breached the Federal Character principle completely.<\/p>\n
It was for the same breach of Federal Character principle that the former comptroller of Immigration, Mrs. Uzomaka was dismissed. Therefore we call on President Goodluck Jonathan to dismiss Mr. Abdulahi Inde Dikko immediately.<\/p>\n
Secondly this Customs and Excise recruitment list should be terminated and a new exercise that is transparent and based on local government quota system should be conducted. Abdulahi Dikko Inde Should be dismissed from service and tried for nepotism, fraud and parochialism.<\/p>\n
The President and National Assembly should treat this matter as a matter of urgent public importance.<\/p>\n
It is also important to put it on record that the same Abdulahi Inde Dikko conducted such nepotism recruitment in 2010.<\/p>\n
Recruitment into the Central Bank of Nigeria and the Nigeria Customs and Excise since 2009 should be reviewed by the Federal Character Commission. Those states like Kano and Bauchi that have over bloated staff should have their employment terminated.<\/p>\n
Mr. Abdulahi Inde Dikko has introduced the worst nepotism ever witnessed in the Nigeria Customs and Excise.<\/p>\n
President Goodluck Jonathan and the Minister of Finance should take this my petition seriously. The National Assembly must investigate this fraud and nepotism by Mr. Abdulahi Inde Dikko in the Nigeria Custom and Excise.<\/p>\n
The President must dismiss Mr. Abdulahi Inde Dikko now.<\/p>\n
