It is on record for example that Murtala Nyako destroyed the Nigerian Navy\u00a0in connivance with Ibrahim Babangida.<\/p>\n
Rabiu Kwankwaso as the so called minister of Defence during Obasanjo\u2019s\u00a0second tenure was said to have stolen military pensioners\u2019 pension money.\u00a0That led the pensioners\u2019 to protest on the street in major Nigerian cities.<\/p>\n
In the case of Babangida Aliyu, the guilty are always afraid of even their\u00a0shadows. That is the case with him. Ordinarily one would have thought that\u00a0as \u201cHis Excellency\u201d, I would expect him to be honourable and honest. But\u00a0alas, his case is becoming worst whenever he opens his mouth to the press.\u00a0He blames everybody real and imaginary. Whenever speak the truth, he is\u00a0bitter about and will claim that people have collected money from Abuja. It is also a fact that that why Nuhu Kure had a Christian in the person of\u00a0Mr Zabayi as his deputy governor from 1999-2007.<\/p>\n
If Mu azu Babangida Aliyu is claiming to be a man of equity and justice as\u00a0he has been shouting all over the place, why did he not follow the path of\u00a0honour like his predecessor and have a Christian as his deputy? The fact is Babangida Aliyu is a specialist in blackmail and telling lies.\u00a0He has been the one lying that there has been a one term agreement between\u00a0Northern governors and President Jonathan. Initially he said the agreement\u00a0was signed in 2010, later on he said it was signed in 2011. But when\u00a0President Jonathan debunked all those lies that if there was anything\u00a0agreement, the rebel governors would have shown the press, he still lied\u00a0that Dr Jonathan made the one term statement in Ethiopia. Haba Babangida\u00a0Aliyu, why is there no honor in your mouth your \u201cExcellency\u201d? Remember sir\u00a0power comes from Allah and he gives it to whoever he wants.<\/p>\n
Dr Mu azu Babangida Aliyu, people like you are the problems of the Northern\u00a0part of Nigeria and Nigeria in general.<\/p>\n
In a pleural state like Niger, if the governor is a Muslim, the deputy\u00a0should be a Christian. Likewise states like Borno, Kebbi, Katsina, Bauchi\u00a0and\u00a0Yobe. That is if we are still preaching one monolithic Northern Nigeria. All\u00a0northerners whether Christians or Muslims or even pagans should have equal\u00a0opportunity in all institutions and organisations. That is the practise in\u00a0Southern Nigeria. That was the practise in Sir Ahmadu Bello\u2019s Northern\u00a0Nigeria and during Alhaji Shehu Shagari\u2019s time. Your big brother the self\u00a0styled evil general genius Badamasi Ibrahim Babangida came and introduced\u00a0enmity in Northern Nigeria and Nigeria as a whole.<\/p>\n
A situation whereby well qualified and world class celebrated Northern\u00a0Christians like Professor Andrew Nok, Obadiah Mailafiya, Professor Sunday\u00a0Bwala (World Class Neurosurgeon) are denied headship of Teaching Hospitals\u00a0in Maiduguri, Zaria, Bauchi and even University Vice Chancellorship of\u00a0ABU, Unimaid, ABTU does not speak of unity and justice in the North.<\/p>\n
Unfortunately people like are breeding disciples of hate in the persons of\u00a0Shehu Sani, Junaid Mohammed and Khalid Aliyu with their open sponsorship\u00a0and support for Boko Haram.<\/p>\n
The North can make amend and carry all Northerners along.<\/p>\n
Therefore Mu azu Babangida Aliyu as the chairman of the Northern Governors\u00a0Forum you can set the ball rolling in Niger State. Appoint Sam Nda Isaiah\u00a0as your deputy or your successor in 2015 more so he has been your hunting\u00a0dog.<\/p>\n
You can as well call the conference of all Northerners as a starting point.<\/p>\n
As it is now, Governor Babangida Aliyu of Niger State is just a liar a\u00a0hater of Northern unity who is bent on heating the polity unnecessarily\u00a0seeking relevant post 2015.<\/p>\n
