Rochas Okorocha&#8217;s resort to loans in the execution of projects, adding the move has plunged the state into huge debts.<\/p>\n<p>Okoro who spoke to journalists after a meeting with party executives in Mbaitoli LGA berated Okorocha for taking another bond of N76 billion after he inherited debts of over N50 billion bond secured by the Ikedi Ohakim administration.<\/p>\n<p>The APGA chieftain lamented that such a situation impedes economic growth of the state, leaving it a debtor state which is capable of scaring potential investors.<\/p>\n<p>He added that a credible government is one who strives to boost the state Internally Generated Revenue base rather than continuous borrowing from commercial banks and urged Okorocha to emulate former Anambra state governor, Peter Obi who left over N75 billion in the state&#8217;s coffers at the end of his tenure.<\/p>\n<p>Okoro disclosed that the party has been repositioned to win the governorship position in Imo, Abia and Ebonyi states in the forthcoming 2015 election and described APGA as the party which has the best mass oriented manifesto.<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Related Posts generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A chieftain of the All Progressive Grand Alliance in Imo state, Chief Rowland Okoro has expressed concern over Gov.
