{"id":27187,"date":"2014-05-28T16:08:33","date_gmt":"2014-05-28T15:08:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/?p=27187"},"modified":"2014-05-28T16:08:33","modified_gmt":"2014-05-28T15:08:33","slug":"atiku-hails-late-emir-of-gombes-passion-for-devt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/news\/atiku-hails-late-emir-of-gombes-passion-for-devt\/","title":{"rendered":"Atiku hails late Emir of Gombe\u2019s passion for devt"},"content":{"rendered":"<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1401286137386_20172\">Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has described the late Emir of Gombe, Alhaji Shehu Abubakar as a great traditional ruler, who fully identified with the aspirations and development of his people during his 30-year eventful reign.<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1401286137386_20337\">\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1401286137386_20333\">In a tribute to the deceased released by his media office in Abuja, the former Vice President recalled that throughout his remarkable reign, the late Shehu Abubakar took passionate interest in issues such as education, which are integral components of development.<\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1401286137386_20335\">\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1401286137386_20364\">Atiku Abubakar also recalled the late Shehu Abubakar\u2019s contributions to Nigeria\u2019s political and democratic developments.
