Sunny Ofili<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">whose final journey to the greater beyond commenced yesterday evening.<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Hon. Ofili who untill his death, was the Special Adviser to the Governor<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">on Information Communication Technology (ICT) was aged 46 years.\u00a0 The<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">service of songs took place at the Ofili&#8217;s family compound at<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Issele-Azagba, Aniocha North Local Government Area of Delta State.<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bishop Ken Ebolum of Dominion Christian Centre, said, service of songs was<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">necessary to worship God for the passage from God&#8217;s family on earth to<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">join God&#8217;s family in heaven.<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">According to him, &#8220;the significance of service of songs is a chance to<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">worship God for one of us who have gone to join the family in heaven,&#8221;<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">stating, &#8220;Hon. Ofili has joined the service of God in heaven.&#8221;<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">He added that &#8220;service of songs is to prepare us for the last day,&#8221;<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">observing that it was important for Christians should always prepare for<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">the last day.<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bishop Ebolum asserted that service of songs &#8220;Iis a time to consider and<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">ask, God,\u00a0 am I ready? we should know that no death is glorious&#8221;.<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The younger brother to the late Ofili,\u00a0 Mr Odika Ofili took the first<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">reading and the Special Adviser on Legal Matters, Barr. Andrew Odum took<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">the second reading at the occasion.<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prayers were offered for the repose of the soul of the late Ofili, the<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">state and individuals at the service which was also attended by the former<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Deputy Governor of the state, Chief Benjamin Elue, former Speaker of the<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Delta State House of Assembly,\u00a0 Rt. Hon.
