Mohammed Onuka as unfortunate and devastating.<\/p>\n<p>Reacting to the death of the former Military Administrator in Abuja, Senator Mark noted that late Onuka was one of the finest artillery officers in the Nigerian Army.<\/p>\n<p>According to Mark &#8221; Col. Onuka was a very disciplined soldier, administrator and officer who stood to be counted when it mattered.
