Mark said women are the pillars\u00a0 of every family\u00a0 have the capacity to correct societal ills through sports development.<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">He was pleased\u00a0 about the tournament which he said has improved over the years, pointing out that &#8221; more female\u00a0 golfers now participate in the annual tournament which serves as impetus for women empowerment and growth in our society.&#8221;<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">According to him: &#8220;You are up for a serious task as mothers and builders of homes. It is really challenging but with dedication and commitments, you will surely attain greater heights.&#8221;<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Earlier, the Lady Captain, Otukpo Gold and Country Club, Mrs. Helen Mark thanked the participants\u00a0 at the tournament just as he\u00a0 urged them to play by the rules\u00a0 of the game .<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">She pointed out that the Otukpo Golf and County Club has produced\u00a0 more female golfers\u00a0 who are now doing well in national and international competitions.<\/span><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><br style=\"color: #000000;\" \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">She explained that the golf club now runs a golf academy which is already producing fruits with young and talented golfers saying &#8221; as potential mothers , join me to thank the founder and financial of the academy (Sen.
