{"id":34605,"date":"2015-01-04T15:51:37","date_gmt":"2015-01-04T14:51:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/?p=34605"},"modified":"2015-01-04T15:51:37","modified_gmt":"2015-01-04T14:51:37","slug":"politics-service-humanity-mark","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/uncategorized\/politics-service-humanity-mark\/","title":{"rendered":"Politics is \u00a0all about service to humanity&#8212;-Mark"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"mainscreen\">\n<div id=\"mailview-right\" class=\"offset uibox\">\n<div id=\"messagecontent\">\n<div class=\"leftcol\">\n<div id=\"messagebody\">\n<div class=\"message-htmlpart\">\n<div class=\"rcmBody\" dir=\"auto\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<div>\n<div>Senate President Senator David Mark has told the political class and all public office seekers to make service to the society anchored on \u00a0the welfare and security of the people the corner stone of their ambitions.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Senator Mark stated that any political ambition not anchored on that premise is bound to hit the rocks.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Speaking at \u00a0Igumale, Ado Local government area of Benue state \u00a0at the weekend after receiving the traditional title of \u00a0Ogblonekwu-Egidi ( meaning- the only tree big enough to cover the forest) and his wife Helen as the Ofianya ( Meaning- a woman greater than her peers), from the the paramount ruler of Igumale land,\u00a0 Ochapa of Igumale, Chief Joseph Ochili, he said &#8220;service to humanity is my driving force in politics.&#8221;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>He said &#8220;those looking for financial fortune in politics cannot go far because the people cannot be misled for long.
