{"id":34642,"date":"2015-01-05T20:05:58","date_gmt":"2015-01-05T19:05:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/?p=34642"},"modified":"2015-01-05T20:05:58","modified_gmt":"2015-01-05T19:05:58","slug":"jegas-pvc-lopsided-distribution-plot-exposed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/exclusive\/jegas-pvc-lopsided-distribution-plot-exposed\/","title":{"rendered":"The Jega&#8217;s PVC lopsided distribution plot exposed"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"color: #222222;\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>With few weeks to the\u00a0Presidential election, the \u00a0lopsided dodgy policy of INEC PVC distribution, \u00a0is fast becoming a source for worry.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Recall the highly controversial\u00a0\u00a0 lopsided Polling units allocation where over 21, 000 units were allocated in the north (even when INEC uncovered over 10 million ghost and underage voters in the same north) and little above 8, 000 units were given to the south. That plot has been killed though.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It now appears INEC boss, Attahiru Jega did not relent as he is now implementing his Plan B since Plan A failed. This Plan B is Permanent Voters Card (PVC) collection. A lot of southern voters (Goodluck Jonathan&#8217;s main political base) are yet to receive their PVC due to Jega&#8217;s evil plans to rig the election in favour of APC. This investigation has it that PVCs are in the hands of the northerners more than southerners.<\/p>\n<p>There is sharp contrast to the strict adherence to the rules of the game between the north and south. This contrast and Jega&#8217;s evil plans are in two ways:<\/p>\n<p>1. Districts Heads in most northern states are being allowed to collect the PVC for their owners, but this was not allowed by INEC in any state in the south.<\/p>\n<p>2. INEC told those that have not collected their PVC to proceed to their local govt offices of INEC to collect it. In the south, the voters returned home with tales of disappointment because the INEC officials refused to give them, due to the instruction given to them by Jega. But in the north, the voters were given their PVC without any problem or delay.<\/p>\n<p>Recall that, two months ago, it was discovered that some INEC officials under the instruction of Jega were conducting house to house registration of voters against the Electoral Act and guidelines. It took the intervention of the head of one of the security agencies to stop the illegality.<\/p>\n<p>Even with the insurgency in the northeast and the so-called territories taken by Boko Haram, yet they have more PVCs than those in the south as shown below:<\/p>\n<p>South East, 59.22% Collection<\/p>\n<p>South South, 66.66% Collection<\/p>\n<p>South West, 43.15% Collection<\/p>\n<p>North
