The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), General<\/p>\n

Muhammadu Buhari has confirmed that he will honour his speaking engagement
\nat the Royal Institute Of International Affairs, Chatham House in London
\nscheduled for Thursday, February 26.<\/p>\n

According to a press statement from the Directorate of Media and Publicity
\nof the APC Presidential Campaign Organisation (APCPCO), Chatam House will
\npost the event and send out invites on Monday, February 23.<\/p>\n

The statement signed by Malam Garba Shehu reveals that as part of his
\nongoing engagement in the United Kingdom, General Buhari had an interview
\nyesterday with a local medium, the “All Eyes on Africa TV Show” with Kemi
\nFajodutimi and met with Tony Blair on Saturday, February 21 morning.<\/p>\n

Shehu disclosed that Buhari left the London residence of the Awujale of
\nIjebuland, Oba Sikiru Kayode Adetona at about 1.30 pm UK time and returned
\nto his rented flat in the city.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the APC Presidential Campaign Organisation has appealed to
\nPresident Goodluck Jonathan to call one of his party’s governors, Ayodele
\nFayose of Ekiti to order over his continued pestering of their candidate,
\nGeneral Muhammadu Buhari with falsehood and death wishes.<\/p>\n

Shehu said the APC had learnt on good authority that Governor Fayose has
\nhired people in London who have been trailing the movements of the APC
\npresidential candidate while on his working visit in London.<\/p>\n

“Let it be on record that knowing Governor Fayose’s antecedents, we are
\nnot leaving anything to chances. The Governor who has published death-wish
\nadvertorials on Buhari will stop at nothing. If anything should happen to
\nGeneral Muhammadu Buhari while in London or anywhere, the authorities over
\nthere in the UK and at home should know who to hold responsible,” he said.<\/p>\n
