There is no better way to empowerment,\u201d Buhari asserted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1428160796236_36901\" class=\"yiv0364355986MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1428160796236_36900\">The President-elect, who exchanged banters with old schoolmates and kinsmen alike, among the 130-odd delegation spoke about his resolve to work with all Nigerians to pull the citizens out of the current hardships facing them.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv0364355986MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1428160796236_36909\" class=\"yiv0364355986MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1428160796236_36908\">Buhari also expressed his commitment to multi-party democracy as the best system of government and appealed to all citizens to imbibe courage and perseverance, virtues he said, stood him in good stead in bringing victory to him, after failing three times in the past presidential elections.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"yiv0364355986MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1428160796236_36907\" class=\"yiv0364355986MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"yui_3_16_0_1_1428160796236_36906\">The leaders of the delegation who spoke on the occasion included the state Chairman of the Katsina State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Engineer Mustapha Mohammed Inuwa;
