Helios Towers Africa (\u201cHTA\u201d), one of the leading, independent
\ntelecommunications towers companies in Africa, announces the appointment
\nof Kash Pandya as its new Chief Executive Officer and Director, with
\neffect from 13 July 2015. Concurrently, HTA\u2019s co-founder and current Chief
\nExecutive Officer, Chuck Green, will become Executive Chairman.<\/p>\n
Kash joins HTA from Aggreko plc, the world\u2019s largest temporary power
\ngeneration company, where he was Managing Director of Aggreko
\nInternational, with responsibility for: Africa, South America, Central
\nAmerica, India, Asia, Australasia and the Middle East.\u00a0 During his four
\nyears in this role, Kash expanded the international business, overseeing
\nlaunches in over 10 African countries, with Aggreko\u2019s international
\nbusiness doubling in size throughout this period.<\/p>\n
Prior to his role as International Managing Director, Kash ran Aggreko\u2019s
\nEuropean division for three years. He joined Aggreko from Johnston Group,
\na portal engine and content management systems company, where he was Chief
\nExecutive Officer.<\/p>\n
