The Borno Police Command on Wednesday confirmed the death of seven
\npersons, including three suicide bombers, in Tuesday night\u2019s explosion at
\nthe outskirt of Maiduguri.<\/p>\n
Mr Aderemi Opadokun the State Commissioner of Police, made this
\nconfirmation while speaking with newsmen in Maiduguri.<\/p>\n
\u201cAt about 7.41 pm on Tuesday, there were Improvised Explosive Device (IED)
\nexplosion in three locations at the outskirt of Maiduguri.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe locations are Gidan Shanu behind Bakassi estate, Sajeri and
\nBulumkutu,\u201d Opadokun said.<\/p>\n
\u201cSeven people, including three suspected suicide bombers, died, while
\neleven persons were injured.<\/p>\n
\u201cAll the casualties have been removed from scene and taken to the hospital
