A chieftain of the Ohane\u00adze Ndigbo, Chief Ozo Anaekwe, has attributed the ongoing call for the realization of Republic of Biafra to President Muhammadu Buhari\u2019s marginalization of Ndigbo.<\/p>\n
Anaekwe said Buhari in his few months in office had ourightly expunged Igbos from the scheme of things in the country.<\/p>\n
Speaking with newsmen, the elder statesman said that Buhari\u2019s utter\u00adances, policies and actions spurred the agitation by the members of IPOB and MASSOB<\/p>\n
\u201cHow can you appoint people to govern Nigeria and you ignored Ndigbo with their mammoth popu\u00adlation and contribution to the development of this country?<\/p>\n
\u201cAnd since Buhari became President, he had never uttered a word or tak\u00aden action that would bring peace to this country. He has not acted like a statesman. He is on a revenge mission. He talks as if he is on a war front,\u201d said Anaekwe.<\/p>\n
