Things seem to be falling apart quickly with the APC as a group loyal to\u00a0 James Faleke, the deputy governorship candidate in the Kogi election, have threatened to sue the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for declaring last Saturday\u2019s election inconclusive.<\/p>\n
The group also vowed to challenge in court moves by the APC to replace the late Abubakar Audu instead of let Faleke complete the process.<\/p>\n
A group sympathetic to him, at a briefing in Lokoja, wondered why INEC declared inconclusive, an election that had produced a clear winner.<\/p>\n
Messrs Achama Matthew and Mohammed Abdulahi, in a communique they signed on behalf of the group, also said the fresh primaries being proposed by the APC to replace late Prince Abubakar Audu, was unnecessary.<\/p>\n
According to them, only 32,785 of the 49,953 registered voters in the area where INEC scheduled to hold the December 5 supplementary election had the Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs).<\/p>\n
