Saraki was reacting to reports that violence marred the supplementary polls in Southern Ijaw Local Government Area of the oil-rich state.<\/p>\n
\u201cReports of violence that trailed Supplementary Election in Southern Ijaw, Bayelsa state is \u201ctotally unacceptable\u201d.<\/p>\n
\u201cRegardless of what political party we belong, we must collectively denounce the violence that has ensued during and after the ballot process, and to the young men and women out there, please remember your blood and life is worth more than any political ambition.<\/p>\n
