president Mohammadu Buhari has said he would not pay the N5000 stipend he
\npromised to unemployed youth in the country. The president made the
\nremarks at the weekend while on the visit in Middle East.<\/p>\n
He said it was wise to use a collation of the funds to put up
\ninfrastructures and empower them through agriculture for than to give out
\nmonies.<\/p>\n
He said: \u201cThis largesse N5,000 for the unemployed, I have got a slightly
\ndifferent priority. I would rather do the infrastructure, the school and
\ncorrect them and empower agriculture, mining so that every able bodied
\nperson can go and get work instead of giving 5,000, N5,000 to those who
\ndon\u2019t work.\u201d<\/p>\n
It will be recalled that All Progressives Congress, APC had during its
\ncampaign supported the promise of paying N5,000 as monthly stipend to the
