He said the EFCC knows his numbers and home and all they needed do is invite him.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>His attorneys, Adeola Adedipe Esq and Ahmed raji and Co, said their clients would seek legal protection if the newspaper did not retract and apologise.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8221; to suggest via print media that our client has refused to report , gone underground or is hiding, and that you will fish him out , is to saty the least, most despicable and scandalous of our client.We take the liberty of this momentto sensitise you of the far reaching legal implications of your unguided presumptions comments , opinions and politically induced remarks about our client&#8221; the attorneys said<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8221; You are hereby advised to retract the said comments made about our client and tender an unreserved apology to him through the same medium and any other widely read\/circulated media outfit&#8221;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The letter to the media house also said &#8221; our client reserves legal protectionby operation of law and we will be left with no prefered alternative than to enforce to seek remedies against you, if yo fail to do so within 7 days.
