{"id":49288,"date":"2016-05-17T05:47:53","date_gmt":"2016-05-17T04:47:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/?p=49288"},"modified":"2016-05-17T05:47:53","modified_gmt":"2016-05-17T04:47:53","slug":"sokoto-gets-ag-chief-judge","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/news\/sokoto-gets-ag-chief-judge\/","title":{"rendered":"Sokoto Gets Ag Chief Judge"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>Justice Bello Abass was Monday sworn in as the new Acting Chief Judge of Sokoto State by Governor Aminu Waziri Tambuwal.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>He takes over following the retirement of Justice Aisha Dahiru who retired recently.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Speaking at the occasion, Tambuwal urged the new appointee to uphold the tenets of the law, and should work closely with his colleagues to move the judiciary forward.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&#8220;Your track record of integrity, commitment to duty and patriotism will no doubt help you in your new assignment. As one of the most punctual judicial officers around, I urge you to stick to the law and apply the law according to the law.
