MohammaduBuhari has sent a list of 47 ambassadorial nominees to the senate
\nforconfirmation. President of the Senate, Bukola Saraki, who read the
\nletter atplenary, said the president requested expedited approval of the
\nlist.All the nominees arecareer civil servants in the foreign service.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u00a0have the honourto forward the attached list of 47 career foreign service
\nofficers asambassador-designates for consideration and confirmation by the
\nSenate of theFederal Republic of\u00a0 Nigeria.<\/p>\n

\nare attached. It is my hope that this will receive the usualprompt
\nattention of the distinguished members of the Senate of the
\nFederalRepublic of Nigeria,\u201d Buhari said.\u00a0The nominees are:Obinna
