\nvarious documents attached was written by an Abuja based group;
\nVanguard for Credible Representation.<\/p>\n
\nEducation Commission (UBEC) letter dated April 16, 2015, with
\nReference Number; UBEC\/FA\/SUBEB\/EK\/183\/Vol.II\/
\nwithdrawal of the sum of N852, 936,713.92 counterpart fund belonging
\nto the Ekiti SUBEB by Fayemi and others was described as a criminal
\nact,\u00a0 that violated Section 11(2) of UBE Act 2004. It was also on the
\nbasis of this financial crime that UBEC suspended Ekiti State from
\naccessing any further FGN-UBE Intervention Fund.<\/p>\n

\ninvestigate\u00a0 all the various petitions submitted to it on the
\nfraudulent acts perpetrated by the immediate past APC government in
