{"id":51517,"date":"2016-07-25T15:55:44","date_gmt":"2016-07-25T14:55:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/?p=51517"},"modified":"2016-07-25T15:55:44","modified_gmt":"2016-07-25T14:55:44","slug":"learning-hardship-nigeria-buhari","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/exclusive\/learning-hardship-nigeria-buhari\/","title":{"rendered":"We Are Learning With Hardship In Nigeria-Buhari"},"content":{"rendered":"<pre>President Muhammadu Buhari Monday in Abuja said the Federal Government is\r\nworking assiduously to ameliorate the challenges faced by the Nigerian\r\neconomy within a short period by understudying the experiences of\r\ncountries like Iran who thrived in adversity.\r\n\r\nReceiving a Special Envoy from the President of Islamic Republic of Iran\r\nat the State House, Mohammad Javad Zarif, President Buhari said the\r\nIranian economy remains an inspiration for Nigeria in the deployment of\r\ntechnology to harness and export gas, grow food for the populace and\r\npromote entrepreneurship in education.\r\n\r\n``The progress made by Iran within a short period of 30 years is really\r\ncommendable. Within the period, you have been able to harness gas flaring,\r\nand you are now exporting. You have recorded strides in security,\r\nmanufacturing, agriculture and technology.\r\n\r\n``You have also achieved a lot in nuclear research. I must also\r\ncongratulate you for successfully negotiating with America and the\r\nEuropean countries on the development of your nuclear energy,\u2019\u2019 he said.\r\n\r\nThe President noted that Nigeria had all the potentials for growing into a\r\ngreat economy through more inclusive planning, consistency in government\r\npolicies and commitment to the realization of development targets.\r\n\r\n``In Nigeria, we are learning.
