Chief of staff to the President, Mallam Abba Kyari, an Uncle to President
\nMohammeadu Buhari wants the Secretary to the Government of the Federation,
\nSGF, Babachir David Lawal, the National Security Adviser, Babagana Monguno
\nand Acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC,
\nIbrahim Magu sacked from the administration.<\/p>\n
Kyari is accusing them of leaking sensitive Government information to
\n\u201cenemies of the Government,\u201d and undermining security activities and
\nposing as a serious danger to the survival of the President Buhari\u2019s
\nGovernment, a Presidential source told Pointblanknews.com<\/p>\n
The Chief of Staff is also not happy with the National Leader of the All
\nProgressive Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu for allegedly fanning
\nthe ambers of discord within the Presidency and aligning with \u201csome
\nforces\u201d to malign Buhari\u2019s trusted aides and have them sacked,
\nPointblanknews.com gathered.<\/p>\n
Pointblanknews.com sources inside the Presidency confirmed that President
\nBuhari has been adequately briefed of the activities of the trio by the
\nChief of Staff.<\/p>\n
Sources told Pointblanknews.com that already, Kyari has usurped some
\nfunctions of the NSA and SGF considered “very sensitive” claiming those
\ncurrently occupying the positions are not trustworthy within the Buhari\u2019s
\nPresidency.<\/p>\n
According to the highly placed source who does not want to be named,
\nMonguno is accused by Kyari as using his sensitive office to leak security
\nmeetings and expose President Buhari\u2019s activities to perceived enemies of
\nthe Government and the Media.<\/p>\n
\u201cKyari does not trust Monguno. He believes the NSA leak information to the
\nmedia and those who are considered enemies of the President within the APC
\nand other Parties. He is doing everything possible to have him sacked,\u201d
\nthe source told Pointblanknews.com.<\/p>\n
The source added that the NSA not only releases information to \u201cenemies of
\nthe Government\u201d but also manipulates the information he releases to indict
\nthe Chief of Staff to the President and any other person he perceives to
\nbe against him.<\/p>\n
On the SGF, the source told Pointblanknews.com that senior officials of
\nthe Buhari\u2019s Presidency no longer pass sensitive information through his
\noffice as the Chief of Staff have told them he is a mole and not trust
\nworthy.<\/p>\n
“The Chief of Staff told some people that no classified information
\nreceived by the SGF has remained with him. He particularly mentioned a
\ncertain information from a meeting with the President which was later
\ndiscovered to have been leaked to some APC leaders and the media.\u201d<\/p>\n
The Chief of Staff, according to the source is particularly angry with the
\nNational Leader of the All Progressive Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu
\nwhom he accuses of clandestinely working against President Buhari.<\/p>\n
Pointblanknews.com gathered that the Chief of Staff believes Tinubu\u2019s
\nanger is purely based on the refusal of President Buhari to allow him
\nunfettered access to the Presidency.<\/p>\n
\u201cTinubu does not have direct access to President Buhari. He has to go
\nthrough the Chief of Staff. Most times he wants to see the President, the
\nChief of Staff rebuffs his request. So that has become Tinubu\u2019s anger
\nbecause he believes he should not be hindered from enjoying the
\nPresidency,\u201d the source said.<\/p>\n
Kyari, according to the source believes part of Tinubu\u2019s antic is to use
\nthe South West Media and disgruntled APC leaders to malign him and others
\nand have them sacked and replaced by \u201cBourdillon lackeys.\u201d<\/p>\n
On the EFCC Chairman, sources told Pointblanknews.com that the Chief of
\nStaff has sworn never to see to the confirmation of Magu as the
\nsubstantive Chairman of the anti-graft agency by the Senate. He has
\naccused Magu of running a vendetta and Casino like agency purely to
\nsatisfy the desires of the NSA and the SGF.<\/p>\n
\u201cKyari believes the trio of Monguno, Babachir and Magu are working
\ntogether to undermine Buhari. For Magu, Kyari believes he runs errands for
\nthe NSA and Babachir and also leaks information skewed to serve the
