Chairman of Nigeria Governors Forum (NGF) and Zamfara State Governor, Alhaji Abdulaziz Yari has commended Rivers State Governor , Nyesom Ezenwo Wike for transforming the \u00a0state despite the current economic recession in the country .<\/div>\n

Governor Yari spoke at the Government House , Port Harcourt on Saturday \u00a0after a closed door meeting with Rivers State Governor , Nyesom Ezenwo Wike . \u00a0The Chairman of the Nigeria Governors Forum was accompanied \u00a0by the Kebbi State Governor , Senator Abubakar Atiku Bagudu .<\/div>\n

In company of the governors was Senator Andy Uba.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Governor Yari said: “Despite the fact that we are having a serious \u00a0economic \u00a0crisis in our hands, which we are trying \u00a0to manage.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
“He has managed to come up with some programmes for the betterment \u00a0of Rivers people. This is commendable “.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Continuing , he said: “We came here for friendship and private \u00a0discussion concerning the Nigeria Governors Forum . He is a member and we visit our members . When he has the \u00a0opportunity , Governor Wike will visit Kebbi and Zamfara States. This is a brotherly visit”.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The governor \u00a0lauded\u00a0Governor Wike for key projects within Government House, Port Harcourt \u00a0which has lifted the facility.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
“He took us round\u00a0to see development projects and the way he is changing the face of the Government House”, Governor Yari said.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
High point \u00a0of the visit of the governors was an inspection \u00a0visit of ongoing \u00a0projects at the Government House. \u00a0Led by Governor Wike , they visited the restoration and extension of the Brick House Complex, the Government House Chapel and\u00a0Security Vans to be \u00a0donated to security agencies by the Rivers State Government .<\/div>\n
