The failure of the APC to provide leadership \u00a0in Nigeria \u00a0has emboldened kidnappers, criminals and murderers to become television stars. From being a fugitive, murder suspect and notorious “Akpako Master “, Mr Chidi Lloyd has become a star on Gbenga Aruleba’s Focus APC, sorry Focus Nigeria. \u00a0He appears on a weekly basis \u00a0to launder Amaechi’s image and cast \u00a0aspersions \u00a0on Governor Wike .<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Make no mistake about it. Chidi Lloyd, former Majority Leader of the Rivers State House of Assembly is a murder suspect. He has the \u00a0deaths of two \u00a0persons, one of them a policeman, hanging \u00a0on his neck. \u00a0He also attempted \u00a0to murder his \u00a0colleague, Mr Michael Chinda \u00a0on the floor\u00a0of the Rivers State House of Assembly. \u00a0Lloyd was a major factor in the relocation \u00a0of the State Assembly to the \u00a0dining hall of Governmemt House, Port Harcourt during \u00a0Amaechi’s failed administration.<\/div>\n

NECESSARY BACKGROUND \u00a0ON CHIDI LLOYD<\/div>\n

<\/div>\n
Chidi Lloyd , no matter \u00a0the time it takes, \u00a0will have his day in court. This is a man who was facing prosecution for the murder of two persons before the failed Amaechi administration, \u00a0through the office of the Attorney General issued a nolle prosequi to stop\u00a0his prosecution. \u00a0That Attorney General has since been suspended\u00a0by the NBA for his nefarious activities.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Here is a paragraph \u00a0in the Police Statement \u00a0on the arrest of Chidi Lloyd \u00a0for MURDER:<\/div>\n
\u201cThe Rivers State Police Command has arrested Hon. Chidi Llyod of the Rivers State House of Assembly for murder of Police Sgt. Urang Obediah and Mr. Kingsley Ejeuo, his kinsman and arch political opponent.\u201d<\/div>\n

Another paragraph\u00a0in the\u00a0\u00a0statement said Mr. Lloyd on December 30, 2013, recklessly drove a vehicle and killed the two persons. The incident occurred at Emohua, along the East-West road.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The same Chidi Lloyd was arrested on another occasion \u00a0for the suspicious murder \u00a0of a worker at his residence in Emohua Local Government Area. \u00a0Murderous Lloyd’s driver was apprehended by the Police \u00a0with blood dripping down his car. The driver fingered \u00a0Chidi Lloyd.<\/div>\n

Chidi Lloyd has the blood of a multitude on his hands. The law has not forgotten his crimes against Rivers State. \u00a0Like his boss, Lloyd \u00a0is a\u00a0man with motor park mentality. \u00a0They \u00a0erroneously believe \u00a0that by shouting they can obliterate the past. It is true that Amaechi \u00a0gave Chidi Lloyd back his tainted life, but there \u00a0should be a limit to bootlicking.<\/div>\n

CHIDI LLOYD MUST CLEAR HIS NAME<\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Lloyd \u00a0should not be \u00a0in the company \u00a0of law abiding and responsible \u00a0Nigerians until he clears his name. The political nolle prosequi granted him \u00a0will evaporate and he will be \u00a0held \u00a0to account.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
It is unconscionable \u00a0that Chidi Lloyd \u00a0would say that he merely collided with Mr Michael Chinda on the floor of the Rivers State House of Assembly, even when the video is still online. \u00a0Using the mace, Lloyd \u00a0dealt several blows on the head of Chinda, whilst the helpless \u00a0lawmaker \u00a0was also beaten by Amaechi’s ADC and Chief Detail in the worst assault on the legislature \u00a0in the history \u00a0of the nation.<\/div>\n

For Lloyd to publicly \u00a0deny his attempt to murder Michael Chinda is a testimony \u00a0of his person. A man with no conscience.<\/div>\n

SECURITY IN RIVERS STATE<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
A liar always suffers the problem of contradicting himself. \u00a0Speaking on Focus APC \u00a0on Monday, Chidi Lloyd \u00a0claimed there were serious security challenges \u00a0in Rivers State. \u00a0Later in the same programme, he confessed that he lives and farms \u00a0in his village \u00a0in Emohua Local Government Area. The question \u00a0is: can someone farm \u00a0in an insecure environment? Rivers State \u00a0is safe for farming \u00a0and \u00a0other other businesses \u00a0as attested by Chidi Lloyd.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Those in Edo, Kogi, Benue, Kaduna, Plateau, Kwara and\u00a0Nasarawa\u00a0 states where Fulani herdsmen \u00a0have dislodged farmers \u00a0know the true meaning of insecurity.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Emohua Local Government Area where Chidi Lloyd hails from was one of the \u00a0hotbeds of insecurity before \u00a0the successful Amnesty programme of the Rivers State Government.\u00a0This is a declaration \u00a0of fact: Rivers State is the safest state \u00a0in Nigeria today.<\/div>\n

17BILLION PARIS CLUB REFUND<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Chidi Lloyd \u00a0on Focus APC \u00a0had scraps of papers wherein he claimed Rivers State Government received N34billion as Paris club refund. Governor Wike \u00a0has released \u00a0information on this fund. In very clear terms, backed by facts Governor Wike \u00a0said that N17billion \u00a0was released to the state.<\/div>\n

Governor Wike challenged \u00a0the Federal Government \u00a0to publish\u00a0the account where it paid N34billion in respect \u00a0of the Paris\u00a0Club Refund due to Rivers State.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Speaking during the First Session of the 8th Synod Thanksgiving Service of the Anglican \u00a0Province of Niger Delta, Governor Wike said: “As I speak to you, no N34billion has been paid to Rivers State. I challenge the Federal Government to show Nigerians the account they paid the N34billion “.<\/p>\n

He said that the Federal Government \u00a0released N14billion as Paris Club Refund to Rivers State. \u00a0According to him, after protests \u00a0that the state had been short-changed , the Federal Government released another N3billion to the state, totaling N17billion.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Till date, the Federal Government \u00a0did not controvert the assertion \u00a0of Governor Wike.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The last time I checked, Chidi Lloyd is not a staff of the Federal Ministry \u00a0of Finance. \u00a0He is merely \u00a0an Akpako Master who is a murder suspect.<\/div>\n

GOVERNMENT HOUSE PROJECTS<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The Rivers State Government House is totally new. It has been redefined \u00a0with additional structures \u00a0and facilities.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

Reconstructed\u00a0 Brick House<\/p>\n

This was the old\u00a0seat of power in\u00a0the \u00a0state. \u00a0The Brick was abandoned \u00a0to rot after the new Government House was built.<\/p>\n

Upon assuming \u00a0office, Governor Wike has restored the Brick House, turning it into a monument \u00a0of history. \u00a0The restored Brick House \u00a0is beautified with a modern landscape,<\/p>\n

This\u00a0 facility was commissioned\u00a0 by the Former Senate President David Mark.<\/p>\n

Government House Christian Chapel\u00a0of Everlasting Grace<\/p>\n

This church \u00a0was flagged off \u00a0and built by Governor Wike. \u00a0At the time he assumed, there was no place \u00a0of worship for Christians at the Government House, Port Harcourt.<\/p>\n

This new church auditorium sits at least 300 Christians \u00a0who take out time to worship with the Governor at the Government House. It is a state-of-the-art auditorium.<\/p>\n

This chapel has been commissioned and dedicated to God by the Primate of Anglican Church, Most Rev Nicholas Okoh.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Also in the Government House, Governor Wike has expanded facilities. He has also built a modern amphitheatre\u00a0for the entertainment of high profile guests of the state and extended the corridor of power.<\/div>\n

GBENGA ARULEBA AND AMAECHI<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
One of the worst position for a journalist \u00a0to find himself is the tight corner of political pressures \u00a0from a benefactor. \u00a0In this wise, we have to sympathise with Gbenga Aruleba. He served Immediate Past Rivers State Governor, Rotimi Amaechi as a media consultant. \u00a0He ran a propaganda \u00a0programme called Giant Strides for Amaechi. Therefore, he is obligated \u00a0to the immediate past Governor of Rivers State.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
As \u00a0a close associate \u00a0of Amaechi \u00a0for eight years, Aruleba has now given his platform to the Rivers APC \u00a0to assault the collective intelligence of Rivers people. When \u00a0he is not using tainted guests like Chidi Lloyd, he is personally \u00a0making insinuations \u00a0on air to mislead \u00a0Nigerians \u00a0on the situation in Rivers State.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
As Gbenga Aruleba laughed \u00a0profusely \u00a0with Murder Suspect Chidi Lloyd on his programme, I am sure that he remembers that Michael Chinda is still suffering \u00a0the consequences \u00a0of Lloyd’ s deadly strikes. Hopefully, he remembers \u00a0that those allegedly murdered by Lloyd \u00a0have suffering families. There should be \u00a0a limit \u00a0to pecuniary affiliation in broadcast journalism.<\/div>\n

CHIDI VS EVANS THE KIDNAPPER<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
The only difference \u00a0between \u00a0Chidi Lloyd and Evans, the kidnapper is the fact that Lloyd belongs to APC, while Evans \u00a0has not authenticated \u00a0his membership of that party.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Otherwise, both are murder suspects. \u00a0Notorious \u00a0for their crimes against society.<\/div>\n

LLOYD’ S \u00a0TEARS ON CHIEF GLORY EMEH<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
It is clear that the leadership \u00a0of Rivers APC \u00a0is pained\u00a0by the decision \u00a0of Emeh Glory to join Governor Wike \u00a0to move Rivers State forward. \u00a0The tears of Chidi Lloyd \u00a0say it all. He cried all through \u00a0Focus APC, raining libelous and false insults on Chief Emeh.<\/div>\n

MY ADVICE<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Each \u00a0time you see Lloyd on television \u00a0or hear him on radio, simply understand \u00a0that a murder suspect is\u00a0at large because \u00a0of the corruption \u00a0of the police in collusion with Amaechi. \u00a0Lloyd \u00a0is like a bull in a China shop. \u00a0He should be handled with caution till he is \u00a0rearraigned and jailed for his crimes.<\/div>\n
\u00a0CHIDI LLOYD \u00a0MUST HAVE HIS DAY IN COURT.<\/div>\n
