{"id":58722,"date":"2017-07-21T23:23:36","date_gmt":"2017-07-21T22:23:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/?p=58722"},"modified":"2017-07-21T23:23:36","modified_gmt":"2017-07-21T22:23:36","slug":"former-attorney-general-dr-onagoruwa-dies-80","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/news\/former-attorney-general-dr-onagoruwa-dies-80\/","title":{"rendered":"Former Attorney General, Dr Onagoruwa dies at 80"},"content":{"rendered":"<div dir=\"auto\">A former Attorney-General of Nigeria and human rights activist, Dr. Olu Onagoruwa is dead.\u00a0 He died early<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_1511061174\"><span class=\"aQJ\">Friday<\/span><\/span>\u00a0morning at the age of 80.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0He was appointed the Attorney General and Minister of Justice of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 1993 and was further appointed as the African representative to the body that drafted Ethiopia\u2019s constitution in that same year.
