The National Assembly has acknowledged the need to scale up engagements
\nand broad-based participation of citizens in the design and implementation
\nof constituency projects in the country through the use of mobile

\ncommunity-based organizations and representatives of the executive branch

\ngenerating controversies as a result of lack of sensitization and informed
\nunderstanding by all stakeholders.<\/p>\n

\nConsTrack, stating that “we intend to take the conversation further, to be

\nconstituents, and citizens in general. We need to have a template on
\nconversation around constituency projects that is based on facts, not just
\nhearsay; a conversation that is informed, so that we can minimize if not
\neliminate the controversies around constituency projects; ultimately we
