Boroh to Pay the monthly stipends of the all<br \/>\nAmnesty Delegates directly to their bank accounts, Gen. Boroh allegedly<br \/>\nforged MOUs from Ghost Militants and Standing Payment Order to Banks.<\/p>\n<p>In connivance with one Lt. Col. Okungbure CSO, and their associates, Gen.<br \/>\nBoroh allegedly received payments for over 4,000 ghost names N65,000<br \/>\nMonthly Stipends for almost two years to date.<\/p>\n<p>Allegedly backed by General Babagana Mohammed Monguno, the National<br \/>\nSecurity Adviser to President Mohammadu Buhari, the looting has left<br \/>\nseveral Amnesty students stranded home and overseas.<\/p>\n<p>Pointblanknews.com gathered that Gen. Boroh boast around how he is an<br \/>\nuntouchable because he was a classmate to the NSA.<\/p>\n<p>Sources told Pointblanknews.com that recently, Gen. Boroh sacked over<br \/>\nfifteen (15) alleged Whistle-Blowers at the Amnesty Office to cover his<br \/>\nalleged fraud and corruption.<\/p>\n<p>Gen. Boroh and other top Management Amnesty Officials allegedly paid<br \/>\nmillions of naira through Amnesty Staffers bank accounts and in-turn ask<br \/>\nthe Staff to withdraw the funds for them.<\/p>\n<p>In some cases, according to sources, up to N250 Million, N50 Million, N40<br \/>\nMillion and so on. Dr. Kenneth Ehigie an Adviser\/Assistant to Gen. Boroh<br \/>\nwas paid a total sum of N800,000,000.00 (N800 Million) in two batches, Ms.<br \/>\nJakadiyar Cham (AKA Regina) until Gen. Boroh sacked\/transferred her, was<br \/>\nfrequently used to retrieve funds from her bank accounts.<\/p>\n<p>According to sources, many Amnesty Staffers personal companies, and their<br \/>\nrelatives bank accounts were used in this Scam on the orders of Gen.<br \/>\nBoroh.<br \/>\nSources hinted Pointblanknews.com that Gen. Boroh have severally lied to<br \/>\nthe Presidency and Nigerians about his activities in the Amnesty office.<\/p>\n<p>It was learnt that many Amnesty Students are stranded in United States and<br \/>\nin the United Kingdom due to non-payment of their tuition fees ranging<br \/>\nfrom 9 months to 2 Years while the Amnesty Office has received over N70<br \/>\nBillion within this time-frame.<\/p>\n<p>Gen. Boroh allegedly Keep Monies to himself in several accounts than pay<br \/>\nthe students tuition fees.<\/p>\n<p>The University of Birmingham Alabama, University of Vermont, and several<br \/>\nothers across the United States and the United Kingdom, universities have<br \/>\nrefused to issue Niger Delta Amnesty Graduates their Certificates until<br \/>\ntheir tuition fees are paid by the Amnesty Office.<\/p>\n<p>Pointblanknews.com investigations reveal that despite the non-stop media<br \/>\ncoverage showing the recently graduated Amnesty delegates in Nigeria, Gen.<br \/>\nBoroh has refused to pay their tuition fees ranging from 9months to<br \/>\n2years.<\/p>\n<p>Amnesty Graduates and other Students were allegedly threatened by Gen.<br \/>\nBoroh and one Lt. Col. Okungbure the CSO not to Speak about it or be<br \/>\ndisenrolled from the Programme.<\/p>\n<p>Amnesty Graduates without Certificates are stranded and crying for help in<br \/>\nthe United States and the United Kingdom having been abandoned by Gen.<br \/>\nBoroh due to Non-Tuition fees Payment from 9 Months to 2years.<\/p>\n<p>Sources hinted that Gen. Boroh expends N5 Billion or N10 Billion within<br \/>\nfive days for projects that are never accounted for or in the budgets.<\/p>\n<p>According to sources, contracts for Agricultural Training and Empowerment<br \/>\nare awarded to his Cronies and in most cases no Niger Delta delegates are<br \/>\ndeployed to the said training institution while the Company Collects the<br \/>\n15%, 35%, 40%, and 10% payments accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>Sources said over N30 Billion has been spent\u00a0<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_1323239064\"><span class=\"aQJ\">within 12 months<\/span><\/span>\u00a0on<br \/>\nAgricultural Empowerment for Niger Delta youths and no lands and farms<br \/>\ngiven to the trained Amnesty beneficiaries and no existing beneficiaries.<\/p>\n<p>These funds were allegedly siphoned using the ploy of ghost names as<br \/>\nalleged participants of the schemes and using the \u201cImpacted<br \/>\nPersons\/Communities Projects.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Another source hinted that the Presidency\u2019s Deputy Chief of Staff Hon. Ade<br \/>\nIpaye was wining and dining with Gen. Boroh in London last month during<br \/>\nthe Graduation Ceremonies of Amnesty Students in the UK whom their tuition<br \/>\nfees were yet to be paid and their certificates withheld.<\/p>\n<p>Pointblanknews.com gathered that Gen. Boroh and Lt. Col. Okungbure CSO<br \/>\nhave been intimidating and sacking or transferring staffers at the Amnesty<br \/>\nOffice to cover their alleged fraud and corrupt Acts.<\/p>\n<p>Sources said petitions about Gen.
