The polity of Nigeria has become a global phenomenon in tragic comedic of
\nwicked rulers and now wicked evil followers who sometimes frighten the
\nrighteous by grace from contending with lies in the public space. Most, if
\nmany, of the leading global lights in success have visited and counseled
\nus how chase out the darkness of wicked rulers and followers with the
\nlight of, wisdom of not repeating the same errors and expecting right,
\nsuccess result, of not sowing wisdom and expecting to reap prosperity of
\nfools.<\/p>\n
Over three years ago, a group thought to be democrats thirsting for good
\ngovernance practice but turned out to be renegade selfish politicians,
\nbetter called politricians, had exit the octopus People Democratic Party,
\nPDP, to form the new PDP. They thereafter crossed to the All Progressives
\nCongress, APC, destabilized it and thereafter carved out a reformed,
\ndeformed or rebel rAPC.<\/p>\n
After boxing selves into a corner the rebels led by Olusola Saraki are
\nplotting a return to the PDP, but Saraki, the rebel leader, unsure of
\nachieving his solo ambition of contesting for a presidential ticket in the
\nPDP is reportedly begging APC to remain. What manner of unprincipled human
\nbeings, calling themselves leaders, do we have, possessing the nomadic
\nwandering spirit of Sokugo or political herdsmen always in search of green
\npasture to feed inordinate ego cow, and still having dumb followers, which
\nis why good governance remains elusive in Nigeria?<\/p>\n
Let\u2019s examine why apc failed to tackle its unprepared promises which
\nturned out to be propaganda of an unprepared party, greedily hustling to
\ngrab, or capture power. Only dummy Nigerians, sadly largely many, who saw
\nanother mob chorus of new change would be fooled again.<\/p>\n
With scatter brain alliances and so-called mergers, I hope Nigerians are
\naware that these political renegades have not articulated any economic,
\njob-creation policies that will curb crime rate, engage idle artisans to
\nfeed family and kill criminality in society.<\/p>\n
Niger state governor Abubakar Bello said recently he won 2015 election
\nwithout promising anything, no manifesto and mumu followers voted empty
\nmind to power. How do you challenge such unprincipled governor for failed
\ngovernance on what parameters?<\/p>\n
Even PMB and APC party that made promises and failed in all still plot a
\nreturn and dumb electorate still root for Sai Baba. By returning failed
\nrulers to rule why do we still turn round to complain over our choice of
\ndeath instead of life and bother the Almighty on our foolish choice?<\/p>\n
