The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) says it has thoroughly reviewed the<\/div>\n

President Muhammadu Buhari-led All Progressives Congress (APC)
\nadministration and submits that it has irredeemably failed in every
\nsector of our national life.<\/p>\n

In a statement signed by its Spokesman, Mr. Kola Ologbondiyan, PDP notes
\nthat available data, both locally and internationally, confirm that the
\nBuhari administration has failed woefully in all its promises and claims,
\nparticularly on fight against corruption, economy, security, democracy as
\nwell as national unity and cohesion.<\/p>\n

According to the statement, “The party observes that the Buhari
\nadministration\u2019s claimed fight against corruption has been exposed to be a
\nbig lie; a charade designed to hound perceived political opponents while
\nproviding cover for humongous corruption and pillaging of resources by
\nagents of the Buhari Presidency.<\/p>\n

“Instead of fighting corruption, this administration is practically a
\nfelonious empire of corrupt individuals, certificate forgers, contract
\ninflators, looters of treasuries and well-known liars, making it, \u2018head
\nto toe\u2019, the biggest assemblage of plunderers in the history of our
\nnation.<\/p>\n

“We ask, if, Mr. President is indeed a man of integrity, as his handlers
\nwant the world to believe, why is he comfortable employing, embracing,
\nsurrounding himself with and offering protection to corrupt persons,
\ncertificate forgers and liars as ministers, advisers and political
\nassociates?<\/p>\n

“Are there things Mr. President benefits or has in common with such
\nindividuals that attract them to him or for which they enjoy his cover
\nto steal public funds in parastatals, agencies and ministries,
\nparticularly those under the direct supervision of the President?<\/p>\n

“Largely, due to the incompetence and corruption of the Buhari
\nPresidency, our once robust economy has been wrecked, resulting in
\nunbearable hardship, unemployment, hunger and starvation, strange
\nsicknesses and untold depression with compatriots resorting to suicide
\nmissions and slavery as options.<\/p>\n

“Under President Buhari, our nation has become dangerously divided.
\nViolent clashes and bloodletting has become the order of the day. Rights
\nof citizens are daily violated; democratic institutions, including the
\ncourts and the National Assembly have come under attack; elections are
\nrigged with impunity; the unity of our beloved country is now under
\nstress.<\/p>\n

“Moreover, the Buhari administration cannot boast of any major
\ndevelopment project it has initiated, executed and completed in the last
\nthree years, in any part of the country.<\/p>\n

“If anything, Mr. President has been going around the country shopping
\nfor projects executed by other persons, including PDP governors, to
\ncommission.<\/p>\n

“The PDP is ready to commence a series to expose the lies and failures of
\nthis administration as well as the huge liability, woes and dangers it
\nhas brought on our nation.<\/p>\n

“The PDP also challenges both the Presidency and the APC to an open
\ndebate on governance, where we will further expose the failures of the
\nAPC and Buhari Presidency to Nigerians. The time has finally come!”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
