{"id":64015,"date":"2018-10-09T16:33:43","date_gmt":"2018-10-09T15:33:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/?p=64015"},"modified":"2018-10-09T16:33:43","modified_gmt":"2018-10-09T15:33:43","slug":"face-your-challenges-saraki-tells-apc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/exclusive\/face-your-challenges-saraki-tells-apc\/","title":{"rendered":"Face Your Challenges, Saraki Tells APC"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"m-1584010250079749820\" class=\"mail-message expanded\">\n<div class=\"mail-message-header spacer\">The President of the Senate Dr Bukola Saraki has responded to the taunt by<\/div>\n<div class=\"mail-message-content collapsible zoom-normal  \">\n<div class=\"clear\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">the All Progressives Congress (APC) over his (Saraki\u2019s) performance at the<br \/>\njust concluded Presidential Primary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).<\/p>\n<p>The APC spokesman, Yekini Nabena had in a statement issued on Tuesday,<br \/>\nmocked Saraki\u2019s performace saying that his \u201cPresidential bid had crashed\u201d<\/p>\n<p>However in a statement issued by Yusuph Olaniyonu, Special Adviser on<br \/>\nMedia and Public Affairs to the President of the Senate, Saraki said that<br \/>\nthe APC is always disturbed by the sound of his name.<\/p>\n<p>Saraki however advised the APC and its leadership to stop focusing on<br \/>\ndevelopments in the opposition party and seek ways to solve the \u201ccivil<br \/>\nwar\u201d that had been ignited in the party.<\/p>\n<p>The statement by Saraki reads:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have noted the irresponsible statement issued by the APC spokesman,<br \/>\nYekinni Nabena.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe know that he and the leadership of the APC are always incensed and<br \/>\ndisturbed at the mere hearing of the name, Saraki.
