{"id":64338,"date":"2018-11-10T09:26:22","date_gmt":"2018-11-10T08:26:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/?p=64338"},"modified":"2018-11-10T09:26:22","modified_gmt":"2018-11-10T08:26:22","slug":"okorocha-yari-abbey-amosun-others-urged-to-dump-apc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/exclusive\/okorocha-yari-abbey-amosun-others-urged-to-dump-apc\/","title":{"rendered":"Okorocha, Yari, Abbey, Amosun, others Urged To Dump APC"},"content":{"rendered":"<div dir=\"ltr\">Former Deputy National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Congress (APC) Comrade Timi Frank, has called on governors of Imo, Rochas<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Okorocha, Zamfara, Abdullaziz Yari, Ogun, Ibikunle Amosun and Senator<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Magnus Abbey to join the next batch of defectors before the final burial<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">of the ruling party.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">The former spokesman revealed that plans are on the way by some leaders of<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">APC across the country to dump the party for the opposition party as part<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">of efforts to rescue the nation.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">According to him, in the matter of days, Nigerians will witness another<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">set of prominent leaders of APC, including some governorship and<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">senatorial candidates among others,\u00a0 abandoning their tickets in APC to<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">join the opposition party.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">In a statement signed on Friday in Abuja, Frank told governor Okorocha,<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">governor Yari and Sen. Abbey among others to stop crying unnecessarily on<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">what they can not get and allow themselves to be swept away with the APC<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">which he described as a &#8220;sinking Ship.&#8221;<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">The Bayelsa born political activist recalled how he severally warned the<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">leadership of APC and the Presidency about the current problems befalling<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">the party before he resigned his membership but was ignored.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;The same way I warned in the past, I am calling on Governor Okorocha,<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Governor Yari, Governor Amosun and Sen. Abbey among many others not to<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">stay any longer in APC. It can only get worse for the ruling party because<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">the spirit of God has left the party.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;I will urge all of them to join the next batch of prominent leaders who<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">will soon resign their membership of APC. Some of us that have left the<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">evil association called APC are better for it.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;So, like the biblical Noah, I am warning those that have ears to hear<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">that the current house of deception known as APC will soon collapse. It is<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">better to join the patriots now to salvage Nigeria.&#8221;<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">Frank, while calling on them to join the main stream now before it is too<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">late, added that President Muhammadu Buhari can not save himself not to<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">talk of rescuing any other person in the next 2019 general elections.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;If anybody is staying back in APC probably because of Buhari, this is a<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">President that does not have integrity and can not keep to his promise.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">So, come 2019, Nigerians through their votes will sweep away the president<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">and those around him, hence I&#8217;m appealing to the aforementioned.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;It is now very clear that APC is the real home of corruption that will<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\">soon collapse.
