{"id":66796,"date":"2019-05-20T15:06:33","date_gmt":"2019-05-20T14:06:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/?p=66796"},"modified":"2019-05-20T15:06:33","modified_gmt":"2019-05-20T14:06:33","slug":"facebook-leak-indicts-fg-exposes-apc-as-the-real-enemy-of-nigeria-pdp","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pointblanknews.com\/pbn\/exclusive\/facebook-leak-indicts-fg-exposes-apc-as-the-real-enemy-of-nigeria-pdp\/","title":{"rendered":"Facebook Leak Indicts FG, Exposes APC As The Real Enemy of\u00a0\u00a0 Nigeria-PDP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>\u2026FG\u2019s Security Allegations Against PDP, Atiku Are\u00a0\u00a0Diversionary Stunts<\/p>\n<p>The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) says the Facebook revelation<br \/>\ndetailing the devious manipulations and engineering of disinformation<br \/>\nin the 2019 general election by President Buhari\u2019s handlers and All<br \/>\nProgressives Congress (APC) further exposes them as schemers and real<br \/>\nenemies of our democracy and national cohesion.<\/p>\n<p>According to a statement signed by Kola ologbondiyan, &#8220;The party says<br \/>\nthat the revelation exposes the APC as a fraudulent and violent-loving<br \/>\nparty, whose divisive activities are now directly threatening the<br \/>\nsecurity stability of our nation.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Indeed, the Buhari Presidency and the APC should hide their faces in<br \/>\nshame as Nigerians have seen that their professed sanctimony and<br \/>\n\u2018holier-than-thou\u2019 claims are mere masqueradings.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Our party notes that there are more damning revelations against the<br \/>\nAPC, not only on its rigging of the general election but also on how<br \/>\nit is working against our nation, which will come to light at the<br \/>\nappropriate time.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The APC, which engaged in manipulation to foist itself, will do<br \/>\nanything, no matter how vile, to sustain itself in office, not minding<br \/>\nthe social, economic and collateral damages such could cause our dear<br \/>\nnation.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It is, however, to say the least, despicable that in their<br \/>\ndesperation to hold on to power at all costs, President Buhari\u2019s<br \/>\nhandlers and the APC engaged in this sneaky disinformation, internet<br \/>\nlies and smear campaigns against PDP Presidential candidate, Atiku<br \/>\nAbubakar.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It is also unpardonable that instead of owning up, the Federal<br \/>\nGovernment and the APC, through the Minister of Information and<br \/>\nCulture, Lai Mohammed, are seeking to cover their tracks and divert<br \/>\npublic attention from their devious acts by making unsubstantiated<br \/>\nsecurity allegations against our party and Atiku Abubakar.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The Facebook revelation exposes how President Buhari, in his claimed<br \/>\nintegrity, allowed the enlisting of criminals, hackers and internet<br \/>\nfraudsters in the desperate attempt to manipulate the views of<br \/>\nNigerians against Atiku Abubakar; a scheme which failed as Nigerians<br \/>\nhad already made up their minds to do away with the incompetent,<br \/>\ndeceptive, vindictive and corrupt APC administration.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Our party has information of how the APC had to resort to crude<br \/>\nmanipulation of the electoral process to muscle votes and alter<br \/>\nelection results after it failed in the smear campaign project.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The APC has now commenced a renewed plot to engage in fabricated<br \/>\nsecurity accusations against the PDP and our Presidential candidate in<br \/>\nanother desperate stunt to play the victim and divert attention from<br \/>\nits endless election manipulations, all in the ill-fated attempt to<br \/>\ndemonize the PDP, hoodwink Nigerians and confer legitimacy on the<br \/>\noutcome of the rigged election.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Since the Facebook revelation, the Federal Government and the<br \/>\nPresidency have suddenly gone dumb, having been exposed and shown in<br \/>\ntheir true colours.
