\ncollected N500million each as part of Prof Charles Dokubo\u2019s bribing
\nspree to be reappointed Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty program,
\nPAP, and Adviser to the President on Niger Delta.<\/p>\n

One Prince Yemi Oyewunmi, a Special Assistant in the office of the
\nNational Security Adviser also collected what a source estimated to be
\nover $300,000.00 in cash at the IBB Golf Club Men\u2019s Box Room. Box Room
\nis where Golfers bath and change clothes after golf games.<\/p>\n

Some IBB Golf Club Caddies who told Pointblanknews.com about the large
\nDollar sum to the NSA Staff, expressed shock at the huge sums that was
\nbrought out from a bag by Dokubo and handed to Oyewunmi in the Men\u2019s Box
\nRoom of the IBB\u2019s Gulf Club.<\/p>\n

Caddies are the Boys who help Golfers carry Gulf Bags.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have not seen that kind of cash in real life except in movies. We
\nsaw the man bringing out the cash in the Men\u2019s toilet and handing over
\nto him (Oyewunmi). It was when we mentioned to some of our colleagues
\nthat we were told who they were,\u201d some of the Gulf Course staffers told
\npointblanknews.com<\/a><\/p>\n

A highly places source in the Presidential Villa who is conversant with
\nthe movement of huge cash to Presidency officials told
\nPointblanknews.com that Dokubo has spent over N5billion bribing those
\nconsidered the decision makers for Political appointments.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe has bribed not just Monguno but others like the Chief of Staff and
\nthe SGF who got N500million each. In all, he has spent over N5billion in
\nbribes and this is why he boasts around to everyone including his
\nnumerous women,\u201d the source who does not want to be named told
\nPointblanknews.com<\/p>\n

The huge cash doled out in bribe to Presidency officials, according to
\nthe source, is responsible for the suppression of petition monumental
\ncorruption against Dokubo and some members of the PAP.<\/p>\n

One Danjuma, a Personal Assistant to the National Security Adviser, NSA,
\na source said, is said to have destroyed or suppressed petitions written
\nagainst Dokubo alleging huge corruption and embezzlements in the Amnesty
\nprogram.<\/p>\n

\u201cDanjuma has destroyed most of the petition against Dokubo and that is
\nwhy he is not only being compensated; he sends people here for
\ncontracts.\u201d The source told Pointblanknews,com.
\nOnly recently, Pointblanknews.com exclusively reported how Dokubo has
\nbeen boasting of paying Over N1billion in bribe to officials within the
\nPresidency to retain his position as Coordinator of the Amnesty Program.<\/p>\n

Sources named Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, the National Security
\nAdviser, NSA, Gen. Babagana Monguno, Wife of the President, Aisha Buhari
\nand few other officials in the Presidency as those Dokubo claimed he has
\npaid to retain his position.<\/p>\n

Multiple sources told Pointblanknews.com that Dokubo claimed that his
\nletter of reappointment is ready and awaiting the final approval of the
\nPresident.<\/p>\n

Curiously, Dokubo\u2019s appointment letter issued by the office of the
\nSecretary to the Government of the Federation and signed by Boss
\nMustapha, said his appointment took effect February 25, 2017, which was
\n13 months prior to the sack of General Paul Boroh, the former Amnesty
\nBoss who was removed for corruption. Boroh was appointed in August 2015
\nand sacked on March 13, 2018.<\/p>\n

Dokubo, who has been accused of stealing public funds stealing to the
\ntune of N13billion through fictitious contract awards, is battling calls
\nfrom Ex-Militants and Stakeholders across the Niger Delta region to
\nstep-down.<\/p>\n

Official documents showing the alleged fraud in the Presidential Amnesty
\noffice has continue to question the sincerity in President Mohammadu
\nBuhari\u2019s anti-corruption crusade.<\/p>\n

Calls for Dokubo to step down continue to fall on deaf ears around the
\nNigeria Presidency despite the fact that it is common knowledge across
\nNigeria and the international community that Prof. Dokubo and his
\ncronies allegedly orchestrated the five days uninterrupted looting of
\nthe N60Billion ($166.6million USD) training complex in Boro-Town,
\nKaiama, Bayelsa state to cover up their fake non-existent supply
\ncontracts in excess of N13Billion ($36.1million USD).<\/p>\n

The continuous fraud and out-right stealing of public funds being
\nperpetrated by Prof. Charles Quaker Dokubo against Niger Deltans is
\nunprecedented, a source at the PAP office in Abuja told
