Immediate past minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi and his wife,
\nJudith are the major beneficiaries of the huge financial sleaze in the
\nNiger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Pointblanknews.com can

According to a petition to President Mohammadu Buhari, signed by some
\nSenior Staff of the NDDC sent to Pointblanknews.com, they alleged that
\nAmaechi, a former governor of Rivers State, and his wife are the main
\nreceivers of massively illicit funds delivered as kickbacks by three
\ndifferent NDDC boards which the former minister installed.<\/p>\n
They accuse the former minister had installed three boards of the
\ncommission through which he and his wife influenced contracts and
\nsyphoned monies.<\/p>\n
Pointblanknews had reported how a gang of rogue contractors in cahoots
\nwith NDDC top officials, fleeced the agency of N750billion within three
\nmonths through awards of shady contracts.<\/p>\n
According to sources within commission, the 750 billion naira was shared
\namong Prof Nelson Brambaifa Ag. MD\/CEO, Mr Chris Amadi Ag. Executive
\nDirector Finance and Samuel Ajenekevwe Ajogbe Executive Director
\nProjects NDDC and their Gang of Thieves.<\/p>\n
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) began investigation
\ninto the massive fraud.<\/p>\n
The anti-graft agency in its preliminary investigation confirmed that
\nfunds were diverted from the NDDC account domiciled in the Central Bank
\nof Nigeria (CBN) to commercial banks.<\/p>\n
Amaechi had following the unveiling of the corruption in the NDDC,
\nraised an alarm over plots to smear his image.<\/p>\n
But an open letter sent to Pointblanknews.com alleged that not only are
\nRotimi Amaechi and his wife, judith, involved in the massive looting in
\nthe NDDC over the years “but they are the main receivers of these loots
\nat the end of each board.\u201d.<\/p>\n
According to the Open Letter, Amaechi has used three successive NDDC
\nboards to loot the region dry, said the former minister and his wife
\nJudith are beneficiaries of 75 emergency roads that were over bloated
\nand padded to the tone of 400m each from the incompetent Acting Board
\nled by Nelson Brambaifa.<\/p>\n

CLEAR FACTS THAT ROTIMI AMAECHI IS PART OF THE SLEEZE IN THE NDDC.<\/p>\n
We wish to commend you sir for the prompt reaction of the EFCC and we
\nare hopeful other agencies would be fully involved in the renewed
\nanti-corruption purge in the NDDC, no matter how highly placed the
\nperson is.
\nFollowing our initial letter was published by the various online
\nplatform. We noticed that Rotimi Amaechi who was tour last
\ntransportation minister came out to start ranting that there are plans
\nto publish insidious and fictions with the sole aim of involving him
\nwith the huge theft in the NDDC when nothing of such was even mentioned
\nearlier.
\nAs a result of this we wish to state the record straight. Rotimi Amaechi
\nand his wife Judith are not only involved in the massive looting in the
\nNDDC over the years but are the main receivers of these loots at the end
\nof each board.
\nWe the senior staff of the NDDC have watched over time how this man that
\nclearly has no iota of interest in the development of the Niger delta
\nregion have used 3 successive boards to loot the region dry.
\nWe humbly beg and urge you NOT to only stop him from re-nominating
\nanyone to the NDDC board BUT also consider not returning him as minister
\nto your new cabinet the entire country awaits.
\nThis man, Rotimi Amaechi has plundered the NDDC to the extent that he is
\nthe reason why every single appointee he brings loots heavily to satisfy
\nhis ever growing need for stolen funds. Or,
\n1. How can Rotimi Amaechi deny that his wife Judith is not a beneficiary
\nof 75 emergency roads that were over bloated and padded to the tone of
\n400m each from the incompetent Acting Board led by Nelson Brambaifa?
\n2. Can Amaechi deny that Sam Adjogbe claims on different forums of
\nbribing him Amaechi with 3billion naira cash to be returned as Acting ED
\nprojects in February be a lie?
\n3. The billions he has so far scooped up from the NDDC under the
\nsupervision of his puppets Nelson Brambaifa, Chris Amadi and Sam Adjogbe
\nis not real?
\n4. As little as the water hyacinth that is designed by the Federal
\ngovernment for youths, did Rotimi and his wife judith not colonise and
\nseize the list, filling it with fictitious names so as to claim the
\nbillions released? Leaving the Niger Delta youths with nothing?
\nYour Excellency, Rotimi Amaechi is the cancer worm that has made the APC
\nunpopular in the Niger Delta region and is more of a liability to you
\nand your government than an asset.
\nWe dare say instruct the EFCC and ICPC to check Rotimi Amaechi accounts
\nand assets and see if he won\u2019t be pronounced a thief that he is.
\nWe urge you Mr. President to let the fear of Allah guide you. You have
\nseen it all In life and should let the fear of Almighty Allah guide you
\nin choosing your ministers. Rogues and criminals with known character
\nmust NOT be included in the new cabinet. For once let the Niger delta
\npeople breath from the selfish grip of this wicked and unpopular soul
\ncalled Rotimi Amaechi who lacks respect for everyone, including the
\ndead.
\nOur dear president, fact remains a massive fraud has been committed in
\nthe NDDC and the named conspirators should be made to pay the price.
\nEspecially Sam Adjogbe who have stolen for over 3 years now and brags to
\noffer part of the loot to the EFCC and ICP and walk away a free man to
\nenjoy his loot and also rogue contractor Nnamdi Okykar who in every
\nforum says the EFCC is a toothless bull dog and can\u2019t do him anything as
\nthe bill of engineering measurements and evaluation has been well
\ndoctored and covered their tracks.
\nWe ask that you make the NDDC a prized attention for your fight against
\ncorruption. Let the EFCC diligently carry out their investigations,
\nbring in independent quantity surveyors to re-evaluate all the emergency
\nroad projects executed by the companies Escobar and Diamond D’ Nsky
\nwhere Massive padding running into billions would be uncovered.

\nhas been noticed to have swung into action by inviting and investigating
\nthe trio of Prof Nelson Brambaifa, Chris Amadi and Sam Adjogbe to Abuja
\nfor continuous questioning. We also noticed the prompt action of the
\nEFCC to instruct banks not to honour any payment request from this rogue
\nand criminalized acting management committee.
\nHowever, we appeal that the EFCC extends this probe, investigations and
\nquestioning to all mentioned in the petition sent to your office. These
\nincludes;
\n– Engr. Eyoh Etteh (Director UIDW and Chairman Emergency road repair
\ncommittee) he is extremely central to all the fraud committed and will
\nlead to every info needed to nail and jail these thieves.
\n– Kingsley booth (Asst Director UIDW) who has criminally awarded himself
\nover 27 major projects against civil service norms and rules.
\n– Engr Abraham Udokwo (Asst Dir PMS\u00a0 seconded to UIDW) who is the main
\nbrain behind the manipulation and padding of Bill of engineering,
\nmeasurements and evaluation from which billions are stolen from the
\nNDDC.
\n– Engr Emma Audu ( Former Dir PMS) chronically corrupt and inept and has
\nillegally awarded to his personal consultancy company consultancies
\nvalued at over 3 billion against civil service rules and norm.
\n– Engr Onu (Dep Director PMS) a chronic corrupt bully that forces
\ncontractors to always pay a percentage to him and the cartel thereby
\nreducing the value of the projects awarded.
\n-Chidi Nwankwo (Dep Director Finance) an EXTREMELY corrupt staff that
\nhas milked the NDDC over the years via minute illegal deductions from
\nevery contact payment in the system and also illegal assets of emergency
\nroads to himself which are padded and billions stolen of which he
\ninvested in a hotel mentioned in the earlier petition and situated off
\nstadium road portharcourt and most recently a 550m naira house with
\ninbuilt lift system in golf estate portharcourt. There is no where on
\nearth this criminal can justify these earnings except haven stole from
\nthe NDDC.
\n– Engr Sese (Dir Environment) who has kept fooling Prof Brambaifa by
\ndeducting one slot of water hyacinth from each approved company Prof
\nBrambaifa signs on. That way this heavily corrupt Sese gathers hundreds
\nof millions that his Boss does not even know about and illegally takes
\nthat for himself for spending on his numerous girlfriends.
\n– Nnamdi Okykar who is the main conduit of use in this massive heist
\never recorded in the NDDC using his companies ESCOBAR NIG LTD and
\nDAIMOND D’ NSKY LIMITED to steal billions through inflated emergency
\nroad repairs.
\nBy posting one of such illegally inflated emergency road project for
\ninvestigation we have offered the EFCC the needed lead in getting ALL
\nstolen money from these criminals and also prepare documents to try them
\nin court with all the discovered funds and properties seized from them
\nand resold to plough the same funds back into the NDDC for use for the
\npoor suffering masses of the oil producing communities of the region.
\nWe specifically appeal that the EFCC makes haste in rounding up this
\ninvestigation so that these bad elements can be sacked and removed from
\nthe NDDC before they are allowed to corrupt the new board that we trust
\nhis excellency to inaugurate sooner than later.
\nThe EFCC has the legal right to ask for all emergency road projects the
\nrogue criminal NNAMDI OKYKAR has executed for the NDDC and assign an
\nindependent Quantity surveyor to quantify these projects. What would be
\nunraveled we dare say would be mind boggling.
\nAlso the bank accounts of these sets of common thief’s who hide under
\nthe banner of the NDDC to keep stealing can be called up by the EFCC
\nwhere billions and hundred of millions that cannot be accounted for
\npossible sources nor commiserate with their expected wages as civil
\nservants would be found.
\nIndeed your excellency the looting in the NDDC under your watch as
\npresident is clearly record breaking and it would do the federal
\ngovernment and ruling APC good to pressure the EFCC into getting to the
\nroot of the illicit wealth of these listed criminals.
\nFindings would make Bukola Saraki look like a saint when the EFCC
\ncombines the total amount stolen by these persons as compared to what
\nSaraki stole while serving as governor and Senate president.
\nWe urge your excellency to please allow the truth and piousness of Islam
\nas contained in the holy Quran compel you to demand a conclusive report
\nfrom the EFCC on this petition.
\nWe also pray that a decent and well-meaning top official of the EFCC
\nwould be moved by the level of massive stealing in the NDDC\u00a0 and follow
\nthis investigation to its logical conclusion.<\/p>\n
We know if these criminals listed are removed from the NDDC via credible
\ninvestigation and prosecution, Sanity and justice would return and
\ndevelopmental projects and initiative as directed by the federal
