\nZ-Money, which brings banking services closer to its customers and
\nenhance financial inclusion among the under-banked and unbanked populace
\nof the country.<\/p>\n
Z-Money is an agency banking product of the bank which entails the
\nonboarding of agents who are expected to render basic financial services
\non behalf of the bank.<\/p>\n
Through the bank\u2019s network of agents spread across the urban and rural
\ncommunities in the country, customers are able to open accounts, deposit
\ncash into any account, withdraw cash from any bank account, transfer
\nfunds, buy airtime, pay bills, and do so much more in a convenient way.
\nIn order to engender trust among its customers, the Bank ensures that
\nall transactions done through the agents are PIN protected and safe.<\/p>\n
Commenting on the new product, the Group Managing Director\/Chief
\nExecutive of Zenith Bank Plc, Mr. Ebenezer Onyeagwu said \u201cthe bank
\nremains focused on providing premium financial solutions that create
\nvalue for its customers wherever they are located across the country\u201d.<\/p>\n
He added that apart from helping to extend the bank\u2019s retail reach
\nacross all segments of the market, the adoption of the agency banking
\nplatform also demonstrates the bank\u2019s commitment to achieving financial
\ninclusion in the country.<\/p>\n
